    This privacy notice aims to give you information on how REAL GOLF collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website as well as via email and telephone.

    • booking on our courses, events and/ or trips
    • subscribe to our service or publications
    • request coaching and/or marketing material to be sent to you
    • enter a survey
    • apply for employment or to provide us with services
    • give us some feedback and/or fill in a survey

    We will collect personal information about you. This might include (the list is not exhaustive):

    • title
    • your address
    • email address
    • phone number
    • date of birth
    • gender
    • the date you started a class
    • you may also tell us about any previous golf experiences (such as your handicap, previous injuries, and medication needs)
    • your preferences, feedback and survey responses
    • payments to and from you and other details of the services you use from us
    • any other personal information that you choose to send to us

    Before you disclose to us the personal information about another person, you must obtain that person’s consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with this policy. If you are disclose to us personal information of whom is a child, you must have parental rights and responsibilities to the child, and we assume your consent to the process of personal information accordance with this policy would also apply the child, unless you tell us in writing otherwise.

    Your message will be stored on our email servers, https://www.ionos.co.uk/terms-gtc/terms-privacy and only key members of staff have access to it. We use and process the information in order to provide our services to you, keep you informed, help us tailor our services better to the needs of our customers and to grow our business. Certain relevant details will be shared with our teaching professionals to allow them to provide relevant and inclusive sessions.

    As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. It might include internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website. By simply browsing our site, we do not collect any personally-identifiable information about you. Technical Data collected is only used internally and is not shared with third parties.

    Only key members of our staff have access to the information. We will only use the details you provided to 1) to fulfil your requests, (for example, giving you details about a suitable class), or 2) where it is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of third parties, (for example pass your details onto our Travel partners to book you on an overseas coaching trip), or 3) where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

    Photographs and Social Media

    Photographs and videos of students while attending a REAL GOLF functions (such as a class or during a trip), as well as other services users (such as clients, suppliers and sponsors) are used for illustrative purposes on our website and used on our social media channels and marketing materials.

    Photographs and videos of students and service users will NOT have their full names or other personally-identifiable data attached, unless a specific consent has been sorted (such as in the case of testimonials or interviews)

    Marketing Communications from us

    We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and promotions. We may use your data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you.

    You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased services from us and, in each case, you have not opted out of receiving that marketing.

    We use Mailchimp as our marketing automation platform. By signing up to any of our products and services, and mailing lists, you acknowledge that the information you provided will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

    Opting out

    You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us at any time.

    Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a service purchase or other transactions.

    Third-party

    This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

    We only share you data with third parties when it is necessary for legitimate interests, for example to  our Travel partners for trip bookings and to our sponsors for a scholarship nominations. In all cases, we have no control over are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third party. So we encourage you also to check out their relevant privacy policies.

    We do not share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your express consent.

    Disclosing your details to others

    Your personal details are your property. We do not disclose your details to anyone except to comply with law, deliver the services you have requested, develop our products or protect our rights.
